What you can Expect!!... Fun, smiles, dirt, education, outdoors!

I developed my student farm helper program as a way to give your child a hands on few hours on the farm!!

For 1 hour you child can volunteer on our Farm. ***9-10am **(because on my scheduling system it says 8-9am)

This will be a fun, learning experiance. Child needs to be able to take directions, work with confadence and ask questions as needed.

Child needs to be willing to get dirty! (Jenn does this stuff everyday and will expect the student to do the same)

Jenn at Foss Farm needs assistance with the following:

-Filling waters

-Cleaning pens

-Adding shavings to pens

-Brushing horses

-Prepping grain (dinner)

-Chickens (feed and water, collect eggs,adding shavings to nesting boxes, clean out pen as needed)

-Quail (feed and water, collect eggs)

-Painting

-Cleaning tack

-Turn on all the drip lines on the farm

-walking around with the dog pooper scooper

-Planting as needed

........Really who knows hahahahahh

AGES:

9Years old +

.Hours: from 9-10am

What your child will need! :Work Clothes, have fun in clothes, clothes that they can possibly destroy... because......WORK! ( You will be turned away if your child comes in sandals/open toed shoes/ or dresses...)

Things encouraged to use:

 sunscreen

water bottle or like with a lid

Dress in layers Shirt and sweatshirt/jacket

pants or leggings

Anything else he/she might need/want.

Please NOTE! To guarantee your Childs spot please register a day and then pay. Spots are limited to 5 Children only, at this time. Due to my website I cant do a quantity count down, I apologize. If the slots are full you will receive a refund.
